Looking Ahead: System-Wide Strategic Planning Process Continues

The University of Colorado’s strategic planning process, dubbed “Leaning Into the Future,” is about halfway to completion. The effort has begun, which began in early summer 2019, is expected to be presented to the Board of Regents in July and implemented this fall.

The outcome of the strategic plan, a system-wide effort, will not supersede CU Denver’s strategic priorities. And while engagement with campus constituents is ongoing, the schedule still calls for significant input from the CU Denver community. Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to participate in the development of the strategic plan.

Working groups were formed for the Thinking Ahead strategic planning process to address nine areas of strategic focus within the plan’s four major pillars. Each working group has co-chairs and campus leaders. See below for areas of interest and respective contacts for emailing feedback.
